Slowly returning to “normal”
July 2020
We are beginning to welcome small groups back to Wrongs Covert after a very strange start to the year courtesy of Covid-19. It has been a quiet time here without our volunteers and visitors, and the damage caused by Storm Desmond and then Storm Ciara in February has only recently been repaired.
Our educational programme is undergoing modification to enable inclusion of others who have been affected by isolation, and we are addressing situations caused by the upheaval to routine and convention. Our lottery funded workshops, which were planned to start in April, will now have a wider reach to include more young people. It’s hoped that these study days will take place before the end of the year as long as Government guidelines continue to ease restrictions, and we will let you know as soon as we have a watertight plan in place. Looking forward very much to seeing people back here!
